The Space
Workantile Exchange is over 3000 ft2 of open-format space divided into three levels: the street-level Café workspace, the Training Loft, and the Biz Basement. The facility has been completely rewired with clean power, saturated with high-bandwidth WiFi, and filled with ergonomic, reconfigurable furniture.
The Café level can seat 40+ people comfortably at reconfigurable tables with ergonomic work chairs. Also on the Café level is a small conference room (seating 4–6), the Agony Room (seating 1, for phone calls) and the Parlor with café seating next to the front window.
The Training Loft is 890 ft2 of additional work area. The space is also used to host conferences, training sessions, seminars and meetings, and can be reserved by members and external organizations.
The Biz Basement has the large conference room (seating 10), and will house lockers, coordination boards, bike storage.
